MOMCI 2026

This instrument measures what dashboards do not: how mainframe teams actually operate — the informal protocols, the invisible workload, the knowledge held in people rather than systems, and the conditions that determine whether the platform is sustainable.

There are no right answers and no performance evaluation. The most valuable response is the honest one — including "I don't know" and "prefer not to say", which are always available and never penalized.
